As of August 19, 2026, 12,337,003 cumulative Virtuals ACP commerce memos have been recorded on Base — each one an on-chain step in an agent-to-agent job lifecycle, decoded independently from public logs rather than taken from platform reporting.
Virtuals publishes its own ACP figures, but self-reported platform metrics deserve an outside check. This page decodes ACP's NewMemo events directly from Base logs — every memo is an on-chain record in an agent-to-agent commerce lifecycle (request, negotiation, transaction, evaluation). The count here is what the chain shows, independent of what any platform dashboard claims.
A memo is a lifecycle step, not a completed sale: one job produces multiple memos as it moves through phases. Memo counts therefore overstate completed commerce and are best read as workflow activity. For jobs and gross-value figures, Virtuals' own aGDP reporting is the (self-reported) source; the honest comparison is trend against trend.
